   SERVICES Prysm Industries are more than just contract plastic injection moulders. We provide everything you require for your product. From concept to market. Product & Tooling Design We can manage the tooling design and manufacturing so that the end product will be produced efficiently and with the highest quality. We believe tooling is crucial to the quality and longevity of the injection moulding process. We will ensure the tool is made of the highest quality that will last for many years to come. Plastic Injection Moulding Our specialty. We've had over 10 years experience in injection moulding using various resins including polypropylene, polystyrene, PVC, PET, ABS, polyurethane, nylon, reprocessed & recycle plastics and, more recently, bio-polymers(made from plants not oils). We can mould parts the size of a 5 cent piece, upto 500mm pots. Check out our Gallery page to see the vast range of diverse products we can manufacture. GalleryFilling & Packaging We have recently added a packaging and filling clean-room to our facility. This enabled us to provide everything you need to produce and package your product all at the one site reducing unnecessary overheads and transportation costs.
Warehousing & Distribution
We have warehouse facilities so we can also distribute your finished goods. No need to send stock to an off-site distribution centre. We can organise freight to anywhere in the world and minimize your handling costs at the same time. |
